About

Two friends, one tiny studio

We make the games we want to play with our own friends: quick to open, easy to learn, and better with more people in the room.

Two Grains is the two of us. Most of our favourite nights are a voice call, a few friends, and something silly to play together. We started the studio to make more of those somethings.

We keep things small on purpose. A small game can be finished, polished and played to death by us before anyone else sees it. When we put a game out, it’s done, and then we keep making it better.

No ads, no dark patterns, no endless grind. Just games you open, play, and talk about after.

What we care about

01

Play together

Every game is built for a room full of people, not one person alone with a screen.

02

Open and go

No installs, no accounts, no tutorial to sit through. Click, and you are playing.

03

Small and finished

We would rather ship one small game that is done than a big one that never is.

How a game happens

  1. A night in

Every idea starts as something we wished existed while hanging out with friends.

  2. The smallest fun version

We build the tiniest thing that’s already fun, and throw away the rest.

  3. Play it to death

Friends play it, break it, and tell us what’s boring. We fix it until they stop.

  4. Ship, then polish

It goes out finished. Then it keeps getting small updates for as long as people play.
